WORK BACKGROUND:

My graphics experience goes back to 1980; the dark ages of film, toxic chemicals and cryptic proprietary graphics imaging workstations that predate the era of "desktop publishing". I don't miss the good old days, but the experience was crucial for learning the mechanics of pre-print production and color. Adapting those skills to graphics applications on the Mac, and the good fortune of working with some of the best designers, art directors and photographers in the Seattle area has enabled me to learn more, do more, and consequently work on my own. Since 1993, I have been providing image retouching, design and production services for design studios, photographers, companies and individual clients. I also produce 3D illustrations, and will soon offer motion graphics services.
